 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CMH Metlabs did a number of chemical analysis for us over the last few weeks. The prices are good and the turn-around time was excellent. We needed some clarity on the results from the tests. The technical people at CMH responded quicky and our questions were answered. We discovered a couple of typos in the reports but it did not affect the over all
accuracy of the report. We are looking forward to continuing our analyses with CMH.

Questions we hear before the first job

What NDT methods do you offer?

We provide ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), radiographic (RT), eddy current (ET) and visual/weld inspection (VT), plus weld and flaw-size evaluation. If your job needs a combination of methods, we scope it as one coordinated inspection.

Do you inspect on-site or only in a lab?

Both. Our technicians mobilize to your facility or job site for fabrication and in-service inspection, and we perform lab-based metallurgical analysis and destructive verification when a job requires proof beyond a surface or volumetric check.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes. Personnel are certified to CGSB-48.9712 / ASNT SNT-TC-1A / NAS 410 with ASNT Level III oversight, and weld inspection is carried out to CWB and CSA W178.2 requirements. Certifications are available on request for your quality records.

How fast can I get a report?

Standard reports are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of inspection. For shutdowns, line-down situations and other critical work, same-day mobilization and rush reporting are available — tell us the deadline when you request a quote.

Which regions do you cover?

We’re based in Mississauga and serve the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, with travel arranged for larger scopes elsewhere in Canada. If you’re outside the GTA, include your location in your request and we’ll confirm coverage.
